Are your website prices fixed?
No. They are starting prices intended to give an indication of cost. Final quotations depend on property size, condition, access, materials and the exact work required.
Can you quote from photographs?
For many straightforward jobs, yes. For larger or unclear scopes we may recommend a site visit before confirming the final quotation.
Do you supply materials?
We can supply common consumables and replacement items where agreed. Materials and parts are normally shown separately on the quote where relevant.
Do you do electrical or gas work?
We do not advertise specialist regulated work unless carried out by an appropriately competent and insured person. Where needed, specialist contractors can be discussed separately.
Do you offer urgent work?
Priority work may be available depending on workload and access. Urgent/priority work can attract an additional charge.
Do you work for letting agents?
Yes. Letting agents are a core part of our service. We can discuss trial jobs, repeat workflows and preferred-contractor arrangements.
Do you provide before and after photos?
Yes. Basic photos are included with selected work, while more detailed photographic reporting is included in our Complete and Full Reset packages.
What areas do you cover?
Our core area includes Burntwood, Cannock, Lichfield and surrounding parts of Staffordshire and the West Midlands. Contact us if your property is slightly further afield.
Are your prices plus VAT?
The current website template displays “+ VAT”. Keep this only if NewLeaf Turnarounds Ltd is VAT registered. Otherwise remove those references before publishing.
Can you remove rubbish left by tenants?
Clearance can be offered where the appropriate waste handling and carrier requirements are in place. Larger clearances are quoted separately.
